Receiving applications for participation will begin on 10/5/2025
The deadline for receiving subscription applications is 15/7/2025
The deadline for receiving power of attorney requests is 30/7/2025

The deadline for receiving power names of delegates is 10/8/2025
Receiving shipments sent to the exhibition is from 15/9/2025 until 18/9/2025
The pavilions will be delivered to the delegates on22/9/2025, and the presence of a representative of the institutions, publishing houses and participating parties is required daily during the exhibition and until its end.
Evacuation of the exhibition starts from ten o’clock in the evening on 4/10/2025 until ten o’clock in the evening on October 5, 2025.
