Subscription is open to local, Arab and foreign publishing houses, cultural institutions, research centers and universities, and the priority for participants is according to the date of receipt of subscription applications, and applications received after 20/7/2023 are not considered.
Priority will be given to members of the Arab Publishers Association.
Participants must adhere to the instructions and dates specified by the exhibition management, and any breach thereof
It gives the exhibition management the right to apologize for accepting the request or canceling the subscription without incurring any legal responsibility.
The supervising committee has the right to refuse any participation without stating the reasons.
The supervising committee has the right to reduce the required space if necessary.
The supervising committee handles the process of receiving book parcels and customs clearance on them according to the instructions set forth by it, and the participant bears the clearance expenses on the books sent, and clearance fees will be paid during the exhibition period.
Participants on the CD-ROM and video must pay an audiovisual fee of ten Jordanian dinars for each address, in addition to clearance fees.
The exhibition management requires the participating parties to send a list of their publications in an (excel) file arranged in the form of a table, to be downloaded from the site.

No party is entitled to participate without its publications without an official power of attorney according to the agency subscription form.

Number of parcels: Only four parcels are allowed per square meter, and no parcels will be received for any publisher if this number is exceeded, For each parcel in excess of that, a fine of $20 (twenty dollars) will be levied for each parcel.
It is prohibited to subscribe to cassette tapes, videos or games.

With regard to the accompanying and explanations, the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan stipulate the necessity of obtaining a prior permit from the competent authorities (the Jordanian Ministry of Awqaf). It is not allowed for any participating party to make any violations or changes within the allocated space, or to hang any sign on the wing without obtaining the approval of the administration.
When sending approval to the publisher, he must send his final approval or apology within ten days, otherwise his subscription will be canceled.
